We ask that you RSVP for yourself and your party as soon as possible, especially if you are declining. As long as you know their entree choices, only one of you needs to RSVP for your entire party. You must RSVP by March 31st, 2025!

You must book the hotel by July 15th, but we highly recommend booking earlier to avoid any problems.

Of course not, we realize that room rates are pricey and respect your decision to stay elsewhere–just be aware that rates at other hotels will be similar. All we ask is that those in the wedding party please stay at the venue! Please also note we cannot provide transportation to and from your lodging and the venue if you decide to stay elsewhere!

Yes, there will be an open deluxe bar during the cocktail reception and from 8pm-11pm following dinner.

Yes, there is valet parking on-site. It is $19 a day, so if you are staying two nights, it would be $38.

Yes, even though the two dinner choices are not vegetarian or vegan, we are more than happy to accommodate your dietary needs if you let us know beforehand in the RSVP form.

Check-in at the hotel begins at 4:00pm on whichever day you arrive. You may call ahead to see about early check-in and if the hotel can accommodate it.

The wedding ceremony will be held on the rooftop along with the cocktail hour, and in the event of rain, it will be held in the parlor downstairs near the lobby.

Formal! This means suits or tuxes for men and dresses for women. After 11:00pm, all bets are off!

Temperatures average 70-80 during the day and 60-70 at night during mid to late August. Pack a sweatshirt or light jacket!

Yes, we'll gather in the hotel lobby at 11:30pm afterwards to hit the few bars that are open late in Lake Placid, and then head back to the hotel for games and more drinking!
